workplace during their child\u2019s illness and bereavement (child up to age 18) and were receiving a disability allowance<\/p><p>\u2665 <strong>The \u201cAmbulance Law\u201d<\/strong> granting exemption from ambulance fees when a patient passes away in an ambulance or in the emergency room<\/p><p>\u2665 <strong>Extension of retirement age for a bereaved parent<\/strong>, allowing them to remain in their workplace for up to <strong>four additional years<\/strong> beyond the official retirement age<\/p><p>\u2665 A <strong>paid day off<\/strong> at the employer\u2019s expense on the family\u2019s <strong>personal memorial day<\/strong> (currently in legislative process)<\/p><p>\u2665 <strong>Eased service conditions (TASH 3)<\/strong> for soldiers whose family member passed away under circumstances of civilian bereavement<\/p><p>\u2665 <strong>Soldiers and national service members<\/strong> who passed away during the discharge process \u2014 their heirs are entitled to
